One of several species of flowering plants, much admired for their beauty, and some for their fragrance. The European fly honeysuckle is Lonicera Xylosteum ; the American, Lonicera ciliata. The American Pinxter flower (Azalea nudiflora) is often called honeysuckle, or false honeysuckle.
